Agia Tera Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga + Meditation teacher, Soul Alchemist + Mentor who has a passion to guide you into tapping into your Divine Grit to break through the stories + experiences of your life that are no longer required (no matter how painful, traumatic, or challenging), to create REAL POTENT DIVINE INNER POWER. Emily Perry is an Inspirational Speaker & International Teacher. She is the founder of the LiveAwake Collective, host of the Rock Your Purpose Podcast, and is a featured teacher on Yoga Anytime.
Emily has spent nearly twenty-five years studying and teaching yoga, mindfulness, and energetic healing systems, and she weaves the essence of these teachings into her work as a teacher and guide.

What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness; its focus is on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. The practice uses breathwork, meditation, mantra, mudra (hand seals), and postures to elevate the spirit.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a type of yoga where poses are held for short periods of time to support the opening of the body, and the settling of the mind. Open to your own your inner experience. (No props or prior experience needed).
